The Honorable Lindsey Graham

Washington, D.C. 20510

Dear Senator Graham:

We praise your determination in your pursuit of fairness and decency, and we stand with you in your quest for truth concerning the questionable behavior of various government operatives over the past two years.

Our country has spent millions of dollars investigating the President. As we continue to listen to the tedious whining of President Trump’s detractors, we find it suggestive that there is, perhaps, a growing fear that the spotlight will move from the President to his accusers. Rightly so. By this time, any sensible and fair-minded person should be able to conclude that we need to begin probing the problematic behavior of a whole cast of top-level characters that set the Mueller investigation into motion.

Quite frankly, at this point, we are inclined to believe that the primary interference in the 2016 elections came not from Russia, but from within the United States itself in the form of dishonorable and unprincipled government employees and elected officials. It is clearly time to investigate.

The task you have chosen to pursue on behalf of the American people will not be an easy one, and you will be facing a strong headwind, but we encourage you to press forward. The American people deserve nothing less.

Our organization stands with you to appoint a long overdue special counsel to investigate this FISA matter, which is already being probed by the Justice Department.

Sincerely,

Gerrye Johnston
