WHAT WE DO:

We supply the tools to assist you in communicating with your local, state, and federal politicians. It is important for citizens to be aware of events taking place in the world of politics that affect you, your family, and their community. We join together to call, fax or email those legislators that support the basis of our religious liberty. We also oppose legislation that restricts our Constitutional freedoms and undermines family values.

We educate you on how to be effective in both houses of Congress, by phone and by fax. Emails are also used to keep the lines of communication open with our representatives in government. We have a Judeo- Christian worldview of religious liberty and public policy.

Our membership includes men and women of all ages, various church affiliations, and multiple political viewpoints.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of Men and Women for a Representative Democracy in America is to promote

Biblical values and Constitutional principles through prayer, education, and advocacy.

STATEMENT OF FAITH:

We believe in the Lord JESUS CHRIST as our personal Lord and Savior.

We believe that this statement of faith was utilized by our Founding Fathers when creating the foundations for our Republic.

We believe the eternal godhead consists of three persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ died a substitutionary death for the sins of the world.

We believe in the Biblical plan for marriage: One man and one woman.

We are committed to educating and advancing the principles on which our Republic was founded.

SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL:

WFDIA believes that the people and nations who stand with Israel and the Jewish people will be blessed by God. We believe that any foreign policy effort to withdraw U.S. support for Israel is in direct contradiction to America’s national interests.

REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY-REPUBLIC

We are a Representative Democracy! In this system, the people elect representatives and give them the responsibility and power to make laws and conduct government.

POLITICS

By being involved in politics, Christians can serve their fellow citizens

and change their country for the better. The Bible tells us how God raised

up Joseph, Deborah, Esther, and David to positions of importance and

influence in government and politics so that they could serve their people.

"The people are the rightful masters of both Congress and Courts;

not to overthrow the Constitution, but overthrow the men who pervert it."

Abraham Lincoln - 1859
